2. Age Access Control Provisions

All core functional modules of Kylis, including video uploading, parameter adjustment, video compression processing and local file saving, are exclusively open to adult users aged 18 and older. The application does not target minor groups, nor does it provide any service privileges for users under 18. We will not actively collect, store or process any video files, operation records and personal information generated by minors. Any unauthorized use by minors will automatically terminate their service access qualification.

3. Data Processing Scope & Operational Rules
